Use of health services
The availability and use of health services varies considerably by area. This set of charts and tables show the number and percentage of health care admissions and attendances for the area by service used. The services are the four hospitals in Devon, community hospitals and local minor injury units and walk-in centres, providers outside Devon, and in the case of births, home births. The activity types are non-elective or unplanned admissions, elective or planned admissions, urgent care activity (A&E, walk-in centres and minor injuries unit), and births.
Counts of less than 5 are suppressed; totals are the sum of non-suppressed figures.
