Early Help DAF Assessments

The Devon Assessment Framework (DAF) is a process for collecting family information and developing an in-depth plan for children with educational or disability related needs aged 0 to 24. This measure shows the number of assessments undertaken as a percentage of all persons aged 0 to 24 in the area and recorded on the Holistix system.
