GP Consortium Profiles
The area of Devon is split up into seven GP consortia. For each of the subject areas below, a GP Consortium profile has been generated, containing a range of information for each area. A map of the Devon GP Consortium areas can be found here.
It should be noted that the primary purpose of Joint Strategic Needs Assessments is for health and social care commissioners to plan services, and as such these are technical documents, which is reflected in the language and level of complexity involved. A glossary of terms can be found here.
